Visiting Malta next week

Hi
We are visiting Malta 11th April for 1 week
my husband & 19 year old daughter
so looking forward to it , would appreciate
a few recommendations for sight seeing
also what Islands to visit , Will all restaurants be open , and outside pools will they be warm ??
