My partner and I have never been to malta and we really want to go in march next year, we love horse racing so will be going so we can watch the nags for cheltemhan week. Could you tell me if their are any bookies where we could put bets on and which is the best area to visit for culture, bars and restaurants, We're not party people we're in our late 60s so any info would be very helpful.

Hi everyone,  I was born 1964 at the navel hospital in mtarfa , my dad was in the RAF . We left malta 6 months later, I have been back a few times and last time I got married in valleta. We went to Mosta and tried to find where we lived, but had no luck finding it. The address on my birth certificate says: No1 Kooly Flats. New Street off Eucharist Congress Road. I can remember my dad mentioned a petrol station near by. I asked on TripAdvisor with no luck, I feel the flats are gone .

I‘ve lost my little black Sony compact camera just before boarding the 6pm ferry from Gozo to Malta in March. It was lost either on the bus or on my way to board the ferry. I hope Someone decent found it and would return it to me. It hasn‘t just material value, but also sentimental as well and I‘ve got photos on it that relate to my work.:(

Like I said it‘s a Sony compact camera, with a rundown black „leather“ case and a black neckstrap(which once read Kodak).

 Would also give a reward to get it back!
