Good morning all
I recently visited Malta and made a bus trip to Paola to try and find the house I lived in during the early 1950s when my father was stationed there.
The street I lived in was called Upper Arcade street now Triq l-Arkata .
Would anybody know of someone who has a historical knowledge of this street. My parents were friendly with a family who used to babysit me with the surname of Rhodo..possibly Rodo. There was to my knowledge a Mary and a Paula and a son I believe .
I am told we lived in Alfred house but I could find no such house. I do know the house and street names were change after the UK pulled out but documentation I have been sent mentions no Alfred house .
It would be lovely to know a little more about this street or even the approx whereabouts of the house if it was knocked down if any of the older residents remember it.
Thank you for reading this

Hello,
If anybody has come across a misplaced red Nike sports bag (with a faded white Nike logo) I lost mine at the end of last week, and haven’t found it yet..
It’s identical to the picture included, just a little tattier and floppier. Any help would be genuinely appreciated, it contained some important personal papers and medication.. thank you in advance

Hi we have two 5 year old Sharp TV’s only one of which will not connect to the remote nor do we have any sound. Have tried a new hdmi cable, connecting a universal remote on phone and neither are getting us anywhere. Other tv and same remote are working fine. Tried to do factory reset but not sure that is working either. Can anyone help?

Hi there, this is really a long shot, I know! but I'm looking for an old primary school friend, Anthea Heslop/Heslip who went to school with me in Bristol, England in the early 1970's. I remember her spending her summer holidays on Malta because her aunt lived there.
As I visit Malta myself quite often, and do not live in England any more, it would be such a wonderful coincidence if Anthea lived there.....
Please forgive me for not having any more information.
Best regards, Jane
