Property to rent in need of repairs/ maintenance anywhere on Gozo

Hello to everyone. my name is Roy and currently I’m in my home country of Northern Ireland. I have visited and lived in Gozo for many years and am very blessed with my friends who live there. I first visited Gozo in 1972 when my parents had a property. My uncle also had several properties in which he renovated and rented out.

I’m hoping to move to Gozo in the near future and wandered if anyone knows of a property that is in need of renovation/repairs and landscaping that I could rent for a reasonable time ?I’m hoping that I can establish a business and eventually buy my own property. I’m semi retired (57years old) , I enjoy seeing a project through and pride myself on the standard of finish. So if you can assist me with my venture please do not hesitate to contact me.
