also what Islands to visit , Will all restaurants be open , and outside pools will they be warm ??

Hi all 

My wife and I are due to stay a week at the Dragonara in early February from UK.  I have visited Malta many times before but not for a few years. How are things at the moment? Are all restaurants open or is quiet due to the season?  Is Covid affecting visiting too much?  Thanks Bob
