Power shower installation

I would like to know if it is possible to instal a pumped power shower. We have two water heaters. One serves the kitchen and small bathroom whilst the other serves the family bathroom alone. Cold water tanks are located on the roof and we have a gravity fall of about 4m
Question. Can I fit a standard pump to the outlet side of the hot water and cold water or should I fit a larger general pump at the tank level increasing pressure to all points
