Lost: St. Dominic Medallion on a (approx.) 17 cm silver chain.

Good morning,
While out and about yesterday evening, I seem to have lost a 1.5 inch pewter/silver medal of St. Dominic on an approx. 17 cm silver chain. The chain was my grandfather's and it would be wonderful to have it returned.
